Working principle of single pot steam sterilizer

At the beginning, the steam enters the steam through the steam diffusion tube in the kettle, and the air is discharged through the exhaust port. When the predetermined exhaust temperature and time are reached, the heating stage is entered. The whole heating and sterilization process should ensure that the sterilization kettle is saturated with steam, and there can be no residual air to make the heat distribution uneven and sterilization incomplete. The air outlet is opened throughout the exhaust, heating, sterilization stage, so that the steam can form convection, to ensure the uniformity of temperature. The cooling is divided into two stages, micro cooling and total cooling. The purpose of micro cooling is to ensure that there is no loss of pressure in the sterilization pot and ensure that the product packaging is not deformed. Because the sterilization is used in saturated steam, so the pressure of sterilization kettle completely and steam saturation pressure corresponding, only suitable for iron cans and other rigid vessels with a wide range of pressure requirements. The uniformity of temperature distribution inside the pot is +/-0.5℃.
